Lack of access to clean water pose big risks for women’s reproductive health in the coastal areas of Bangladesh such as Koikhali, Satkhira where the water available is mostly saline water.

Senora took on an initiative to help these young women by building 12 water tanks across six points in the union to store rainwater for the women to use. The brightly painted water tanks illustrating youthful and active women were placed near important buildings in the area such as schools and mosques.
